The mortgage process involves communicating personal and financial data, and we
understand the need for a safe and secure environment in which to share this information.
We respect the trust you are giving us and do not use your information for any
purpose other than to help the lender underwrite and approve your loan. Under
no circumstances will Primary Residential Mortgage share, rent or sell any of
your information to any person or organization.

number may be used by authorized Primary Residential Mortgage employees or agents
to contact you concerning your comments or questions.
If you use Primary Residential Mortgage service through an affiliate site,
under no circumstances will an affiliate ever see your information. Primary
Residential Mortgage will never sell or share your information with an affiliate.
All transactions take place on Primary Residential Mortgage servers; please
see our Security Statement for more information on how we protect the integrity
of your data.
If you use Primary Residential Mortgage service through one of our co-branded
sites, the partner will never see your information. All transactions take place
on our servers and we do not share or sell this information with our partners.
If you use Primary Residential Mortgage service through one of our private-labeled
sites, the partner company will report certain information about your loan to
Primary Residential Mortgage, and Primary Residential Mortgage will treat that
information in the same manner with which we treat personal information entered
on our site. All of our partners operate under federal and/or state laws and
regulations and believe, as we do, that the Internet is an exciting and secure
place to do business. However, as some of our partners may keep and use your
information, we recommend that you contact them directly for more information
about their specific privacy policies.
Who we are. Primary Residential Mortgage is a private company that provides
applications services to the financial community. Our goal is to level the playing
field by offering technology and services to financial institutions that allow
them to compete against the "big guys."
How your information is used. When you fill out a qualification form, including
your name, phone number, social security number, email address, income and other
financial information depending on your expressed loan preference, we use this
information to help the lender underwrite and close your loan only. The lender
may also send your information to other third parties that you specifically
authorize.
Limited distribution of personal information. At your direction (when you click
on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide to us on
the qualification form will be sent through the Primary Residential Mortgage
system and presented to our authorized loan officers and other third parties
you specifically authorize. After our authorized loan officers receive your
information, they may contact you directly via phone, email or other communications.
Changing and deleting your information. To ensure that the personal and financial
information you provide to Primary Residential Mortgage is accurate and current,
you may review and change this information at any time. If you wish to change,
update or even delete any information, please contact us by emailing us at test@applynow.ws.
Any changes to our privacy promise will be communicated through the Primary
Residential Mortgage website at least 30 days in advance of implementation.
Information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the
privacy policy in effect prior to the change.
SECURITY STATEMENT
